Function of material tray in production
Feeding tray is widely used in battery, hardware, electronics, medicine, food, connector and other industries. It is a device to solve the supply of industrial automation equipment.  
Commissioning instructions for using the feeding tray:
1、 Connect the electric control box to the 220V voltage. If the indicator is not on, check the fuse position outside the electric control box to see if the fuse is in good condition.  
2、 Connect the electric control box to the 220 voltage, adjust the speed regulating rotary switch to check whether it rotates in the specified direction, observe the speed of the feeding tray, and slowly increase it to make the feeding tray reach the speed you require more than 20%. If the voltage is unstable, the feeding tray will be faster and slower.  
3、 The one-time setting out of the feeding tray can be carried out according to the diameter of the tray. If the workpiece in the feeding tray does not cover the chassis, feed immediately.  
4、 If the speed regulating rotary switch rotates to the end during the operation of the feeding tray, and it still can not move, please stop the machine immediately to check whether the chassis is faulty.  
There are three reasons:
1. Check whether each group of spring leaves is broken;  
2. Whether the bolt is loose;  
3. The spring plate shall be readjusted.

Solution:
1. Replace the spring plate;  
2. Tighten the bolts;  
3. Adjust the spring plate.
