1) Oven drying operation.

2) Open and shut down operation.
Proper operation can ensure that no personal and equipment accidents occur. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly follow the operating procedures of the heat treatment furnace, reasonably use the equipment, make preparations before opening and shutting down the furnace, and ensure that the process operation is carried out step by step.
3) Thermal regulation operation.
During the operation of the furnace, it is necessary to closely observe the fuel combustion or electric energy utilization of the furnace, and timely adjust the thermal parameters such as heat supply, furnace temperature, furnace pressure, etc. to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
4) Routine maintenance.
It refers to the maintenance and inspection of heat treatment furnace in order to keep it in good condition or maintain its working capacity, such as equipment spot inspection, regular inspection, equipment lubrication and maintenance.
