What material is good for the bottom plate of heat treatment furnace?

Heat resistant steel furnace bottom plate is commonly used in heat treatment furnace. If you want to have a high cost performance ratio, it is usually made of nickel seven nitrogen. If you want to have a long service life, you can use the 2520 material... According to the temperature, the requirements are not high. The use temperature is as high as 950 ℃, and the chrome manganese nitrogen (ZG30Cr18Mn12Si2N) material can be used. The chrome manganese nitrogen material has good high temperature strength and thermal fatigue resistance. The furnace bottom plate shall be made of nickel heptane nitrogen (ZG35Cr24Ni7SiN) when the operating temperature is below 1050 ℃. If it is an experimental electric furnace, the workpiece is relatively small, and the siliceous furnace floor can be used. The siliceous furnace floor can withstand the high temperature of 1400 ℃.
