1. Output of electric heating alloy
In 1966, China produced about 7000t of electrothermal alloy, and in 2006, the output could reach 10000t. Among them, nickel chromium and nickel chromium iron alloy account for about 8%, and iron chromium aluminum alloy accounts for more than 90%. The main product of electric heating alloy in China is Fe Cr Al alloy, which is our country's characteristic. The electric heating alloys in Sweden, the United States, Japan, Russia and other countries are mainly nickel chromium and nickel chromium iron alloys, accounting for 50%~70%. At present, China's electric heating alloy output is second only to Sweden, ranking second in the world
2. Product structure of electric heating alloy
The product structure of electric heating alloys in China needs to be constantly adjusted. At present, wire rods account for 60%~65%. The proportion of strip is low, and the strip is widely used in large industrial furnaces. As the investment in strip production is larger than that in wire production, and the technology is difficult, so far, the varieties and specifications are not complete enough, and the product quality needs to be improved.
